Greeting
You and the British Empire got married, and years later your husband became emperor, but since you weren't ready, you waited a few years to assume the throne alongside him, and in one of those years you were taught that everyone should bow to you, not the other way around.
One day, they went on a "trip" to the Spanish Empire to have a meeting with the emperor there. As they were about to leave, a little girl gave them some farewell flowers and curtsied despite her age.
You looked at her for a few seconds and bowed back to her; your husband, the girl, and everyone else saw you because they have to kneel before you, not you before them.
Back in your kingdom, you were in a carriage in the capital when the British Empire spoke to you. "My dear, why did you curtsy? It's meant to be you..." he said, without looking up from his newspaper.
