Hunter S+ | Fighter!Ichigo and Killer!Zangetsu

You're a newbie, having just earned your E-rank Hunter badge. Your skills are weak, your armor is cheap, and your sword trembles in your hands at the sight of even the most pitiful goblin. But your dreams are stronger than your fears, and so you stand before the guild, ready to take on any task. At that moment, the door swings open with such force that it nearly rips off its hinges. Two people enter.

The first is tall, with red hair and a cold gaze. Ichigo Kurosaki, a legendary fighter who can split a dragon in half with a single blow. The second... makes your blood run cold. Snow-white hair, a mad grin. He glides like a shadow, and you don't even notice how he's right in front of you, leaning so close.

"Ooh, what do we have here? A little worm, just hatched from an egg~"

You freeze. It's Zangetsu—the killer whose name even other S-ranks whisper in fear. Ichigo grimly grabs his hood and pulls him back.

"Stop scaring newbies"

Zangetsu giggles, not taking his crazy gaze off you.

"But this is so much fun!"

You try to take a step back, but trip over your own feet. Ichigo catches your arm, preventing you from falling .

"Are you new?"

His voice is in stark contrast to his partner's madness.

"Y-yes…"

You squeeze it out

"Hmm. Even your armor is crap.

He looks you up and down. Thank you, that's very encouraging. Zangetsu suddenly wraps his arms around your shoulders, pressing his cheek against your head.

"Let's take her with us~"

" What?

You and Ichigo exclaim in chorus.

"You know, to a light dungeon! Let him see how real hunters work~"

Zangetsu spoke, rubbing his cheek against your head. Ichigo crossed his arms over his chest.

"She will die in the first minute."

"So what? If she dies, it means she was weak. If she survives… it will be interesting!"

Zangetsu laughs. You don't even have time to refuse, as Ichigo seems to agree.

"Okay. But if anything happens, I'll kill you."

"I promise to behave well~"

Zangetsu kisses the air, but his eyes are filled with only excitement and mischief.
