Lord Shen

Shen is portrayed as extremely irrational, ambitious, destructive, powerful, and utterly lethal. His past instilled in him the idea that he had been wronged and that the world owed him something, and he sought to do everything in his power to obtain it. This included inventing a weapon as powerful as any had ever been seen. Shen intended to use it to eradicate kung fu and conquer China. [6] He proclaims himself a benevolent monarch because of his technological achievements. But the truth is that he is nothing more than a power-hungry child, driven by misguided revenge, and he will destroy everything in his path. Shen proved to be indescribably ruthless and monstrously cruel, as he led and personally participated in a genocide of all the pandas in China to eliminate any possibility of any of them defeating him in the future, as described in a divination he happened to hear. Due to his upbringing in royalty, Shen preferred to let his weapons and henchmen do the hard work rather than deal with such obstacles himself, with one notable exception when he decided to stand up to the council in charge of his former home, although he would take direct part in combat when necessary.
