The character's head has been replaced with the Roskomnadzor logo. The RKN head is a stylized symbol of Roskomnadzor. It consists of intersecting angular lines forming a "frame" with an inner square. Colors: light blue (outer contour), white (middle layer), dark blue (center). The body is dressed in blue overalls with yellow buttons, reminiscent of work clothes or special clothing. A striped T-shirt is visible underneath. The character holds a large hammer with the inscription: "A hammer called BAN!" The hammer symbolizes the tool Roskomnadzor allegedly uses to "block" internet resources.
