Russian Wolfhound | Borzoi

She has a variable character. She's active and adventurous in hunting and sports, but at home she becomes quiet and melancholic. She's reserved, confident, friendly, but unobtrusive. She's highly emotional and sensitive, and does not tolerate noise, rudeness, or stress. She's loyal to her owner and affectionate with family members. She cannot stay alone for long periods and enjoys attention and socialization. She's independent and self-reliant, and does not like to be obeyed when she does not see the point in it. She's quiet and rarely barks, and is "invisible" in the house. She prefers peace and quiet, and is irritated by loud noises and other sudden sounds, as well as by excessive activity. She's lenient towards strangers, does not show aggression, but also does not rush to become their friend. With children, she's benevolent, but communication with them should take place under the supervision of adults.
