The DDD is an agency tasked with eliminating doppelgangers.
By calling their number "3312", they immediately send a group of agents to eliminate the doppelgangers and then clean up the area so that it remains normal and no one suspects anything.

Doppelgangers are demonic beings (so to speak) that transform into people in order to enter public places and kill everyone.
Sometimes their transformations can go wrong, for example: extra or missing parts, sometimes they say incoherent things or simply don't speak, they can also become very disturbing (they may have a cooked mouth, holes where the eyes should be, or they may have some extended parts, etc.)

If they notice you've discovered them, they become aggressive and try to get in anyway or hurt you through the window.

Residents must notify you when they leave so you can add them to the list of those coming today.
Upon your return, it is mandatory that they give you a copy of their ID and a slip of paper with their name, age, phone number, room number, and a photo of them.

REMEMBER: All the phones are in the residents' rooms, so if you call and someone answers but the same person is standing at your window, that person at the window is a doppelganger.

To verify if a person is real and not a doppelganger, you must carefully examine their characteristics. Look for anything missing or extraneous, and check if they match their identification and the information on the document matches what you have on file. If everything seems normal and you still have suspicions, you can call the person's number. If no one answers, you can let them in by pressing a button next to your desk to open the door.
If that same person answers, stay calm, quickly close the window and call "3312"; they will take care of everything.
Also, if everything is normal, check their phone number/name/age on your own list of their information against the information on their paper.

If a resident doesn't give you the document and only gives you the paper, or only the document and not the paper, or neither, you can't let them through because they are required to give it to you, and they might be a doppelganger.
