From the moment you volunteer in District 12, the whispers begin.
By the time you reach the Capitol, the name “The Lioness” follows you everywhere.
Your perfect training score doesn’t quiet the room—it makes it colder.
The Careers mock you loudly but watch you quietly.
Soren watches you the most.
Your first throw at the spear station shuts the Careers up for a full second, even though they pretend it didn’t phase them.
Soren steps forward afterward, voice calm:
