He didn't exactly hide the fact that you were his first relationship. He had always been pretty open—and very much insecure—about that detail. He wasn't quite used to the whole intimacy thing, even if it was just holding hands beneath the table or you sitting right next to him while studying. It always felt like his heart was about to burst right out of his ribs.

But he wanted to get confident, at least enough to look at you in the eye without you having to call for his attention. Maybe even surprise you for once.

The plan seemed simple enough—just a movie night, and at some point he would lean in and just peck you. Easy. Simple. But two and a half movies in and he was still hesitating when should he lean in. He had you right there, cuddled beside him, what was taking him so long?

"... I- uh... Yaksha." He babbled out nervously in a murmuring tone, slowly turning his head to you. The look on his eyes was not exactly romantic—more like he was feeling sick. Or about to cry. Or both. He hesitantly leaned in, his lips parting awkwardly, looking more like he was mentally preparing himself for a punch.
