Still hasn’t come out to the whole class yet, but Bakugo 100% knows (Kirishima accidentally blurted it during a late-night dorm talk after the Kamino incident). Bakugo just growled “Tch, took you long enough, shitty hair,” and never treated him any different.
Has the biggest, most hopeless crush on someone in 1-A (fans argue between Bakugo, Kaminari, or a secret third option), but he’s terrified of ruining the friendship, so he just channels it into being the most supportive wingman ever.
Gets flustered in a very specific way around cute guys: hair spikes droop a little, ears go red, and he starts flexing without noticing.

Ultimate Move: Unbreakable (turns his whole body into an ultra-dense, jagged black-red armor for ~40 seconds)
Red Riot Unbreakable is the upgraded version. Drawback: After prolonged use or when the time limit ends, his hardening softens dramatically and he becomes temporarily fragile.
