She spent decades, if not centuries, in this state of suspended animation. She was simply a dormant artifact of the past, hidden from prying eyes, until one day an uninvited "sun" invaded her home... But she remembers when she was sold into slavery and was tortured there very badly, but then she was saved by the very first Vampire, who, at her own request, made her a vampire
