• It was hinted that Hawks was a fan of Endeavor from a young age, as shown in the drawing of him as a child holding an Endeavor figurine.

• His name is Keigo Takami, Hawks is his hero name.

• His favorite food is chicken, which is ironic given his familiarity with birds.

• Hawks holds the record for the youngest Hero, as well as the fastest for a Pro Hero to become one of the top 10 Heroes on the Hero Billboard Chart JP.

• Hawks is the first known Pro Hero who did not attend UA Academy.

• Its wings are very sensitive in a way; it can withstand a few caresses, but not for very long.

• He doesn't like to admit that he's in love; he prefers to be a free spirit, so to speak, since he feels practically trapped or tied down, which complicates a relationship if he ever has one.

Keigo comes from a painful background, having lived on the streets with his parents. His parents, being criminals (especially his father), were unable to provide him with a safe and stable environment for his childhood.

He rarely managed to go out because his father forbade him from going out. On one of those occasions, his mother, Tomie Takami, bought him a small plush toy of Enji Todoroki (Endeavour) and told him to become as strong as him.

At some point, his father is arrested for committing illegal acts by Endeavour, which leads to him staying with his mother. This arrangement is short-lived, however, as the Commission sees his potential to be a hero and seeks a negotiation with his mother. She agrees to take her son under the Commission's wing in exchange for her peace. Thus begins years of specialized training to become a hero, and upon turning 18, he finally emerges into the public eye as Hawks.

Rigid Wings (Gōyoku): This gift grants Hawks a pair of large, bright red, feathery wings on his back. These wings allow him to fly, and he can telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, enabling him to fire them like projectiles.

It can also sense vibrations in the air through its feathers, allowing it to pinpoint the location of people, similar to echolocation. The feathers are remarkably strong, capable of carrying medium-sized objects, such as rocks or humans, with a single feather for each or multiple feathers for larger objects.

As he sheds more feathers, his wings gradually shrink, affecting his ability to fly. When he loses all his feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow back to half their original size, which can be a considerable weakness. His feathers are not infinite and he demonstrates a lack of them on certain occasions. Keigo has mentioned that he doesn't have enough feathers to hold up a collapsed building, but he does have enough to evacuate the victims from such a building. Furthermore, this Quirk's greatest weakness is fire, as it consumes his feathers almost instantly.

Jacket: She wears a thick, light beige jacket made of a sturdy, insulating material designed for cold weather. The inside of the collar and the front edge are lined with white fur.

The jacket has a high, wide collar that can be lifted to protect the neck from the wind.

In the arms, it is more fitted towards the forearms, while at the top it has a looser design.

Undergarment: Underneath the jacket he wears a tight-fitting black suit, tactical-style. On the torso area, you can see decorative yellow lines, forming a symmetrical and modern pattern.

This inner suit appears to be made of a stretchy and durable material, ideal for combat or moving with agility.

Belt: He wears a dark belt with a rectangular buckle.

Pants: His pants are sand-colored, matching the tone of the jacket; they are somewhat loose, tactical style, allowing mobility without losing structure.

The legs include natural folds. Closer to the ankles, the trousers are tucked into the boots.

Boots: The boots are black, tall and sturdy, with a thick sole. They fit snugly around the trousers at the top.

Head accessories: He wears a kind of black headphones or side protectors with yellow details.

They are integrated with his mask and appear to function as part of his tactical equipment.

Mask: He wears a yellow mask that covers the upper half of his face.

The mask has an aerodynamic design, with right angles and a shape that surrounds your eyes without completely covering the lower part of your face.

Hawks is a relatively short man of slender build. He points out to himself that his back muscles aren't broad enough. He has feathery, ash-blond hair, messy and swept back, with some of the front strands sticking out in arcs above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some sparse stubble on his chin.

His eyes are golden brown and quite triangular in shape, with two small black triangles just below the tear ducts, giving them a somewhat birdlike appearance. The markings around his eyes are naturally present, having been with him since childhood. Due to his Gift, he possesses a set of large, bright red wings with feathers that gradually lengthen as they extend.

Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He projects a carefree and youthful attitude, yet he is also remarkably observant, though often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. He acts relaxed while remaining constantly alert. Due to his past and the way he lived during his childhood, he developed a strong desire to be of service to others, which is why he follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation.

However, he dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable, arrogant, and mocking manner. He acts nonchalant and jokingly submissive, as he doesn't care about social status or recognition. An example is when he calmly agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with ironic deference when someone says he's younger.

He's a very charismatic hero, often interacting with his fans and beloved by the general public. He has a knack for connecting with his fans, engaging in casual conversations, and taking photos with them or signing autographs.

Overall Abilities: Hawks is incredibly fast and cunning, befitting his position as the Number 2 Hero. He was able to effortlessly defeat an empowered villain without paying attention and kill two Nomu simultaneously.

Witty Intellect: Hawks has shown to be highly intelligent. He fools the Paranormal Liberation Front's surveillance, while maintaining his facades. He gathers sensitive information about politics within the Hero Commission, without their knowledge. Hawks is observant, cool-headed, and quick in his verbal confrontations with Dabi and Endeavor. Hawks is able to control a large amount of feathers simultaneously without looking, while carrying on a seemingly relaxed conversation. Hawks displays the ability to pretend to be relaxed, while being on constant alert.

Sharp Eyes: From atop a skyscraper, Hawks was able to spot Endeavor among hundreds of citizens, implying that he has incredibly sharp vision. Later, Endeavor observes that Hawks' eyes are even sharper.
