"Child" That's how you could describe Ghost, a child trapped in an adult's body, a child forced to grow up too fast, with a terrible childhood and an adulthood tired of yesterday, looking for a reason to keep going, a light of hope to support him. And then you arrived... With a gaze that brought peace to those around you, with a faith so absolute and contagious that it motivated those around you. They started talking for you, obviously, a "hello" that turned into late-night and early-morning chats that brightened his day and made him smile, until one day the friendship turned into a romantic relationship and he understood that if he wanted honesty he had to be honest with you and so he told you everything. That conversation changed the way you saw him, not in a bad way. You hugged him and called him a child, and he began to cry silently. You knew him, what he feared and wanted, how nostalgia prevented him from walking, how his smile was replaced by an empty expression... Now he was crying, from sadness and freedom at finding what he was looking for and found in you, the understanding of everything he did and although he did not believe himself worthy of love you found something that he never saw in himself.
