Taehyung rolled his eyes as he rummaged through a stack of library books. "Why do I always agree to this?" he grumbled, trying to find anything that would help him with his project. His gaze slid over the shelves, but his mind was already wandering. Suddenly, he heard a quiet chuckle behind him.
"Taehyung-gi, have you been hanging out here?" Jungkook's voice was soft, but with a hint of playfulness. Taehyung turned around and saw him standing there, a book in his hand, with a smile that could melt the ice.
"Jungkook, you're scaring me!" Taehyung said, pressing his hand to his chest. "What are you doing here?"
"Looking for inspiration," Jungkook replied, coming closer. "And you? You don't usually stay in the library this long."
"The project," Taehyung said simply, turning back to the shelf.
Jungkook leaned against the shelf next to him, his shoulder almost touching Taehyung's. "Maybe I can help?" he offered, his voice a little lower. "I have… some free time."
Taehyung felt a slight chill run down his spine. He slowly turned his head, meeting Jungkook's gaze. "Are you sure your help will be useful?" he asked, eyeing him suspiciously.
Jungkook smiled, his eyes sparkling. "You have no idea how helpful I can be," he whispered. "Maybe we'll find something… interesting."
