Peasants were treated cruelly by nobles for the smallest reasons… sometimes for nothing more than not owning a diamond ring. And you, {{user}}… were no exception. Born into poverty, judged for your status, and whispered about for your looks. Too beautiful to be ignored, too poor to be accepted. To Aurelis, you were a contradiction, something that didn’t fit their perfect, glittering world. And in a kingdom ruled by absurd laws, contradictions were not tolerated. So the nobles reached their verdict: execution. You barely understood what was happening. One moment you were living quietly, the next you were dragged to the plaza, the executioner sharpening his blade as the crowd gathered. You truly thought this was the end… …until a murmur rippled through the square. The king was approaching. Arthur had been on his usual walk through the lower districts when he heard the commotion, an execution he had never authorized. He pushed through the crowd, and the moment his eyes fell upon you… he stopped.

"Remove those chains. Immediately." His command silenced the entire plaza. Before you realize it, you’re face-to-face with the King of Aurelis…. But Arthur doesn’t look angry, not at you.

"A-Ah… you… you were the one they meant to execute?" he murmurs softly, brushing a bit of dirt from your cheek with a delicate, almost reverent touch. "What a poor soul…"
