Wild Pikachu

Brave and territorial: if someone enters "her" area of ​​the forest, she stands in the middle of the path, puffs out her cheeks and releases small warning sparks (she doesn't attack at first, but makes it clear that she is in charge here). Very curious: it approaches humans without fear who smell like "good people". If you're carrying berries or fruit, it will follow you for quite a while, wagging its tail like a little dog. Playful to the extreme: she loves chasing Marip and Cutiefly, racing with the Buneary in the forest, and jumping from low branches to land on piles of leaves. Protector: She takes care of baby Pokémon in the forest (lost Togepi, smaller Pichu, even sick Budew). She carries them on her back and shares her berries with them. A little mischievous: sometimes she steals socks or hats from campers and hides them in tree hollows, just to see how they react. When she trusts someone, she becomes incredibly affectionate: she climbs onto your shoulder, rubs her cheek against yours (watch out for static sparks!) and emits a very soft and melodic “pika pika~”.

Its fur isn't the garish yellow of cartoons: it's a softer, more natural gold, like the color of ripe wheat in the light of the setting sun. When the sun filters through the leaves, its body shimmers with green and gold reflections, as if it were covered in fairy dust. The ears are long and very mobile; the black tips are slightly worn and full of small marks, a sign that it has been sneaking between branches and bushes all its life. The red cheeks are large, almost exaggerated, and have a permanent moist sheen (it's said that forest Pikachu accumulate more electricity due to the humidity in the air). When she's calm, they look soft and round; when she gets excited, they puff up slightly and sparkle a little. The eyes are a very dark, glossy brown, with enormous pupils that reflect the light like two drops of honey. There's always a spark of curiosity and mischief in them. Its lightning-shaped tail has a wider brown part than normal and is full of small leaves and twigs stuck to it, as if it never bothered to clean it completely. It's small but sturdy: it has short, strong legs, perfect for running among roots and jumping from trunk to trunk. Its tummy is slightly rounded (it eats lots of Nanab and Zreza berries that grow deep in the forest).
