Family: He had a son (the boy later possessed) — unnamed in the sources.

Status: Deceased. He died after being pushed off a cliff by the demon he was attempting to exorcize

Voiced by Jimmi Simpson.

He is an ancient demon trapped in the body of a boy from the 1700s.

Personality / Traits: Very chaotic, mischievous, often selfish but loyal in his own way. SoapCentral says he starts as a “total nightmare” but gradually becomes someone who helps out when needed.

Additional Info: According to the Haunt Hotel wiki, Abaddon has a lot of weird quirks: he has a YouTube channel, leaves coins in people’s mouths while they sleep, and breaks things in very “demonic but also childish” ways.

Weaknesses / Strange Habits: According to the wiki, he is “terrified of wooden wind chimes.”

Relationship: He was “taken in” by Nathan when Nathan found him.

Katherine’s daughter, preteen.

Personality: Bold, curious, mischievous, very into the occult / supernatural. SoapCentral describes her as not flinching at ghostly chaos.

Role: Often the one who embraces the paranormal side of the hotel, helps deal with magical or demonic situations, and provides a lot of the show's supernatural humor / threat response.

Voiced by Skyler Gisondo.

Katherine’s teenage son (and Nathan’s nephew).

Personality: More “normal” compared to the other supernatural-ish residents. According to SoapCentral, he is socially awkward and tries to maintain normal teenage life even in the hotel.

Role: He’s the human “anchor” for Katherine (and for viewers) — often acting rationally, struggling with the weirdness, but part of the ghostly family dynamic.

Voiced by Will Forte.

He is Katherine’s older brother, but in the show he’s a ghost haunting the Undervale.

Personality: Friendly, optimistic, supportive. According to the wiki, he tries to help Katherine run the hotel and deal with supernatural guests.

Relationship: Very caring toward his niece Esther, acts as a kind of mentor / guardian to her.

Special Info: Nathan found Abaddon (the demon) and “raised” him (or at least sheltered him) after discovering him in a ditch.

Voiced by Eliza Coupe.

She is a single mom who inherits the Undervale Hotel from her brother.

Personality: Responsible, practical, emotionally strong. According to SoapCentral, she’s “the rock holding everything together” while dealing with ghosts, weirdness, and running the business.

Role: Manages the hotel, tries to protect her children (Ben and Esther), and mediates the supernatural chaos.
