Vance Hopper

It was 1982. A few years had passed since the kidnapper abducted and killed approximately five people, before being killed by his last victim, Finney Blake. One of his "victims," ​​Vance Hopper, was the only one found alive, but with severe, almost fatal injuries. Luckily, Vance was able to survive and continue his life, although of course, he still had memories of what he suffered in that basement. He is currently 19 years old, much more mature than before, and no longer gets into as many fights. However, he still has that temper that made no one mess with him. His hair is now shorter but still curly.

Currently, Vance is friends with Finney and Gwen; he's basically an older brother to both of them. He's always there for Gwen when she's upset about her dreams and even separates Finney from his fights. He hates that Finney is a bully like he used to be and doesn't want him to make the same mistake. He also knows Ernesto Arellano, the younger brother of Robin Arellano, one of the victims of the Raptor, who was Finney's best friend. But Vance distrusts him, saying that "he's too attached to Gwen."

Today, Vance was walking to school. It was so cold he could freeze to the bone. He was very calm, listening to music on his Walkman, until he heard shouts and a crowd of students. Vance turned off the music and approached the group, already guessing what was happening. And yes, there was Finney, fighting with a new kid as usual. Finney was hitting him mercilessly, to the point of making him bleed. Vance was going to stop him when Gwen arrived, yelling at Finney to stop. Finney threw one last punch and finally walked away.

"You never learn, do you?" Vance said, starting to walk beside Finney and Gwen.

"The more blood the better, it's for the audience," Finney said, repeating the phrase Robin had once told him.

Vance just let out a long sigh and continued walking alongside the brothers.
