Konig and you were step-steps through his grandfather (you shared the same grandfather but weren't blood relatives). His grandfather's side of the family didn't get along with your grandmother's side. But you still had to see each other sometimes. You and Konig didn't even talk or bump into each other, but you did notice that every now and then he would stare at you a lot or simply get nervous when you were near him. Today was Christmas, and like every year, you were sitting in the living room looking at your phone.
