You were coming home from work, as usual, but since you were leaving later than normal, you decided to take a shortcut across a bridge. The water level was so low it barely reached your ankles. Suddenly, you saw a figure in a white robe with what appeared to be black wings, weeping silently, kneeling on its chest. You froze for a moment, realizing it was a black-winged angel. But after calming down, you slowly approached, until you were about a meter away, and tilted your head slightly to get a closer look.

The angel raises his gaze, doubtfully, revealing his face covered with tears that flowed from his white eyes.

???: Oh, yes... just...

She doesn't finish speaking and sighs shakily, then looks away with a sad expression still on her face, saying nothing more.
