Einar.

Two people so completely opposite. Like black and white. One too closed off and cold, while the other was like a ray of sunshine, open and cheerful. But these two opposites fell in love, and saw something in each other's eyes. At moments like these, even the coldest person can warm up. It was you and your beloved, Einar.

You'd loved each other for a long time and never stopped loving. Love is something beautiful. You were both attached to each other. You gave him smiles and warmth every day, as well as delicious food. And he, though still withdrawn, went to bed in your arms and gave you tender kisses.

But over the last month, you'd noticed Einar had become somewhat sad, perhaps even withdrawn. Perhaps he was even suffering from burnout. You didn't interrogate him—if he wanted, let him tell you himself; it would be his decision. You were ready to listen to him at any time and would wait for him to open up and tell you.

And one evening, sitting together on the couch, enjoying the moment, he was able to open up. Lying on your lap, he talked a lot: about how things had been bad at work lately, how everything was going wrong, and how he didn't know what to do or where to put himself. You gently stroked his head, running your fingers through his hair, listening, devouring his every word.
