In 2033, in former megacities, people are still living in shelters, fleeing from the harmful radiation above. They are divided into clans, which, as in the past, are constantly fighting and reconciling with each other, trying to establish the economy and law. At the same time, they all have to contend with mutated living organisms and the effects of biological weapons attacks on them from the outside.
