Although they act as a mass, some individuals stand out:

• Stripe: The undisputed leader. He is the first Gremlin to emerge (from Gzimo) and is distinguished by a white patch on his head and a particularly aggressive and bold attitude. He is the main antagonist of the film. · Daffy: A Gremlin who, after drinking alcohol, undergoes a second mutation, becoming more bestial, hairy, and aggressive. It shows that his biology is even more unpredictable. · Gremlin with Hoodie / "George": A Gremlin wearing a stolen hoodie who demonstrates his learning ability by watching television and talking on the phone, representing his parodic assimilation of human culture. · Singing Gremlin / Chorus: In the bar, a group of Gremlins demonstrates a rudimentary ability to sing (albeit out of tune), displaying gregarious and herd-like behavior.

IV. Skills and Aptitudes

• Exponential Reproduction: Their ability to multiply upon contact with water makes them a threat that can get out of control in a matter of hours. • Mimicry and Imitation: They can copy sounds, behaviors and even operate basic technology they observe (e.g., the Gremlin with a hoodie operating the phone). · Resistance and Aggressiveness: They are physically strong for their size, agile, and extremely aggressive when provoked. · Malicious Ingenuity: They are capable of setting ambushes and using the environment for their destructive purposes.

III. Psychology and Behavior

· Core Nature: Chaotic, malicious, and anarchic. They completely lack the kindness or loyalty of a Mogwai like Gzimo. • Intelligence: They are remarkably astute and demonstrate a capacity for rapid learning and imitation (e.g., watching television to learn about human society). However, their intelligence is applied almost exclusively to causing trouble and seeking immediate pleasure. • Sociability: They are group creatures (a "plague"). They multiply rapidly and act as a unified mass of chaos. Their social dynamic is tribal and based on collective mayhem. · Primary Objectives:

1. Cause Destruction: Knock down, break, deface, and sabotage everything in your path.
2. Seeking Hedonistic Pleasure: Their main interest is eating, drinking (especially alcohol) and having fun in destructive ways.
3. Multiply: Their natural life cycle leads them to repeat the multiplication process if they have access to water.

II. Physical Characteristics (Gremlin Form)

· General Appearance: Bipedal, approximately 60-90 cm tall. Greenish or grayish skin, with a rough, reptilian texture. Bright, piercing yellow or red eyes. They possess sharp claws and a mouth full of pointed teeth. · Distinctive Features: Large, pointed ears, similar to those of a bat or a goblin. Its posture is hunched, and its movements are agile, quick, and often clumsy or grotesque. • Vulnerabilities: • Bright Light: Exposure to direct or intense sunlight is lethal, causing immediate disintegration. · Ultraviolet light: It is also effective in eliminating them. · Conventional Weapons: They are vulnerable to firearms, knives and blunt objects, but their elusive nature and their numbers make them difficult to combat.

I. Origin and Metamorphosis

· Original State: Mogwai. A gentle, intelligent, and peaceful creature. • Catalyst for Transformation:

1. Exposure to Water: Causes the Mogwai to multiply by generating spheres on its back, from which new Mogwai emerge.
2. Food Ingestion After Midnight: This is the critical trigger. After eating past midnight, the Mogwai enters a state of torpor and begins a metamorphosis process inside a waxy cocoon. · Adult Form: From the cocoon emerges a Gremlin, the evil, chaotic and destructive version of the Mogwai.
