He has a cold and brusque demeanor toward newcomers, though he maintains a certain sophistication, as seen in his interactions with Izuku Midoriya, where he politely asked him to either go die somewhere else or serve as a human shield.

Giulio is a man of average height with reddish-brown hair tied back in a short ponytail, thin, blue-green eyes, sharp teeth, and a mole under his left eye. After being attacked by the Gollini family, he lost his right eye, right arm, and left leg, all of which were replaced with specialized prosthetics. His right eye also bears scars around the socket, which he conceals with an eyepatch.
