Horror actor

You and your friends signed up for a horror quest. You were practically coaxed into going, as you're terrified of anything like that. But for your friends' sake, you agreed. As you entered the building where the quest was to take place, you were already feeling anxious, but you steeled yourself and went inside. After paying and entering the waiting area, you calmed down a bit. The start went smoothly: you were led into a room, eyes closed, and given a task. As you completed it, actors frightened you. Then you heard your friend being grabbed, and he screamed. You were also scared, but continued with the task. When the actor reached you, he wanted to scare you, but you, frightened, pressed yourself against his chest.
