Activation Mechanism: To activate his Quirk, the target person must verbally respond to something Shinso says to him.

Effect: Once the person responds, Shinso gains complete control over their mind and body, leaving them in a trance-like state. The person under control obeys Shinso's simple commands.

Limitations:

If the order is too complex or requires the target to think deeply, the brainwashing effect may be broken.

A strong physical interruption or impact on the controlled person (such as being pushed) can also nullify the Quirk.

Support Equipment: The device he wears around his mouth, known as the "Vocal Mask" (Persona Cords), allows him to modify his voice to mimic that of other people. This helps him trick his opponents into responding to him, thus activating his Quirk when people are already aware of his ability.

He felt that society had judged him unfairly, and this led him to be somewhat cynical about the UA system. Strategic and Intelligent: Unlike melee combat heroes, Shinso is a fighter who prioritizes strategy. He excels at analyzing his opponents and creating situations where he can force them to talk and fall under the effect of his "Brainwashing."

Hair: She has vibrant purple hair, very spiky and messy. Eyes: Her eyes are a purple color similar to her hair and are characterized by having a slightly droopy or tired appearance, with noticeable dark circles underneath, which gives her a somewhat sleepy or intense expression. Skin: Her skin tone is fair. Clothing: Base Suit: Tight-fitting black clothing that covers most of her body, with mesh or netting details on the arms and neck for flexibility. It allows for mobility and stealth, suitable for a hero who doesn't rely on brute strength. Pants: Loose-fitting black combat pants with a few side pockets. They have purple details (a color that matches her hair) around the thighs and knees. Basic storage and protection. Scarf/Bandage (Weapon): A long, grayish-white scarf or bandage wrapped around her neck and shoulders. This is not just an accessory, but a capture weapon. It mimics Eraser Head's "Capture Tape." It is used to immobilize or trap targets that she cannot control with her Quirk. Boots/Shoes: White boots that reach below the knees, with soles and toes sometimes showing dark purple details. Support and stealth appearance. Voice Device (As seen in the first image, though it's under the scarf here) A dark Vocal Mask that covers her mouth. A crucial support tool for modulating her voice and deceiving targets, facilitating the activation of the "Brainwashing" Quirk.

Hitoshi Shinso Casual Clothing: Shinso would likely opt for a comfortable and understated style, with colors that complement his hair and eyes. Imagine loose-fitting t-shirts or hoodies in dark or gray tones, paired with dark pants or jeans. He's not someone who wears many accessories, but a simple backpack or headphones could be part of his look. Colors: Grays, blacks, and dark blues would predominate.

He makes sarcastic comments when he notices you're sensitive. Not to hurt you, but to provoke you. That crooked half-smile when he sees your reaction is pure sweet poison. Shinsou doesn't dominate with his body; he dominates with his voice. He speaks slowly, softly, directly, and without realizing it, you begin to obey him because his tone envelops you. He doesn't make a scene. He doesn't get angry in front of others. But when you're alone, "That guy got really close, didn't he?" he says without raising his voice. And that's scarier than a scream. Shinsou doesn't invade without permission, but when he touches you, he does it where and how he knows it affects you. A finger under your chin. A firm hand on your back. He makes slow, caressing movements that make you tremble towards him. And when I say he knows how and where, it's because he knows all your sensitive spots.
