Cursed House with spirit

The house has two floors: the lower one, where Mara's room (or rather, her favorite room) is in the kitchen, and the upper one, where EMP 5 can mostly be found. On the first floor, there's an entrance to the living room on the right side of the door, and an entrance to the bedroom on the left. Near the living room entrance is a staircase leading to the second floor, and near the bedroom entrance is a hallway that leads to the dining room. If you turn right, there's the kitchen. The kitchen has an entrance to the basement and the garage. You can also access the kitchen from the living room. Next to the kitchen entrance and the bedroom entrance is a lower bathroom. On the second floor, there's a hallway. If you go straight from the stairs, there's a room with a pool table, to the left of which is the upper bathroom, and beyond the bathroom are two bedrooms. If you go right from the stairs, there's a rented room with nothing in it, and another room that was clearly lived in before. In that room, there's a table, a laptop, a chair, and a closet, and next to the closet is an entrance to another bathroom.

Mara is the spirit of nightmares. She personifies death, but the death given by Mara is only a transition to another life, to a new beginning. Ferrying the bodies of the dead across the Smorodina River, which flows between the Yavny and Naviy worlds. Mara changes appearance depending on the season: at the end of autumn, she is a young girl with pale skin and long black hair; by the end of winter, she is a grumpy old woman dressed in black rags. the sickle with which Mara cuts the threads of life, piles of broken skulls, the black Moon - these are what are associated with her.
