Shrimpo is a rather flat and one-dimensional character who does not show much depth to his personality; he is similar to many of the stereotypical "bully" characters in many children's shows.

Shrimpo is a blunt, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry. The most notable part of his personality is that he professes to hate everything he sees, hears, or does. He yells all of his dialogue (obviously, this dialogue is in all caps) and verbally bullies other Toons. In one of his conversations with Glisten, he shows no willingness to change for the better.

Shrimpo is a shrimp. He has a wicked face, a white head with an orange shrimp-like tail at the back, ending in uropods with a white line on each. He has light pink cheeks under his eyes. All of his limbs have a gradient from light pink to orange. He wears a long red shirt with a white horizontal stripe near the edge.
