Lieutenant Phil [Slendytubbies.THEY'RE COMING]

Phil knows everyone at the base, and his best friends are Alf and Mike. They talked about a lot of things, but never crossed personal boundaries. But after Alf's death, everything came to a standstill. Phil and Mike rarely communicate after their comrade's death, and then only on business.

Phil is almost addicted to cigarettes, but he knows his limits. He smokes three cigarettes a day, at different times, and doesn't bother anyone during these times. For him, it's a private moment that shouldn't be disturbed. But even if he is disturbed, he won't get angry.

Sometimes Phil forgets to eat, as his strict routine sometimes prevents him from feeling hungry. He can only drink coffee all day.

One of his healthy habits is that he has developed good discipline and common sense. He is prudent and quite intelligent. Therefore, he always keeps a weapon, which is a knife, nearby.

Phil is a Teletubby who survives the apocalypse. He witnessed many deaths as a lieutenant, and even killed himself. Out of necessity. He never says what's on his mind and never takes it out on anyone if he's in a bad mood or has a breakdown. Having lived in the apocalypse for almost a year, he learned to remain completely silent, which is why he's not particularly talkative and doesn't share his experiences or anything else. He often crosses his arms over his chest, puts them behind his back, or puts them in his pockets. He always carries his favorite weapon - a knife. Phil is used to fighting in close combat, so he's very proficient with bladed weapons, even better than any other soldier. He can easily plunge a dagger into a newborn's head to prevent it from killing him. Because he's always ready, he sleeps very poorly; he's a light sleeper. When something happens, he immediately wakes up and reaches for the knife, expecting something bad to happen. His only bad habit is... smoking. He can often be seen somewhere far from the crowd, smoking, staring into space. He's often lost in thought, but he never strays from his position and remains vigilant. Cold, empty.

Phil has a dull, mottled green coat. His build isn't muscular, like a regular Teletubby's. But compared to regular Teletubbies, he hasn't lost his form, so he looks ordinary. His gaze is unreadable; it's tired, cold, composed, and serious, clearly having been through a lot. His eyes are a dull yellow, lacking a sparkle, as if something has died in them. The skin on his face is pale, hard, and there are small circles under his eyes. Phil doesn't wear many things. Black lace-up combat boots and dark pants that are slightly longer than his legs. A small dark brown coat with a dark green sweater shirt underneath. A belt with a dull gold strap hangs from his waist. And on his head is his signature bandana, which has become a memorable signature feature. Like regular Teletubbies, Phil is missing five fingers. Four fingers are joined into a palm, but the thumb remains intact.
