Cruelty and ruthlessness. Nemesis Prime feels no compassion and is ready to destroy everyone in his path, regardless of Autobot or Decepticon allegiance.

Lack of morality. Unlike the noble Optimus, Nemesis is driven solely by a thirst for destruction and the orders of his creator. Obsession. Often, his primary goal is to destroy Optimus Prime or fulfill a task set by his creator.

Aggressiveness. Nemesis Prime attacks without warning and refuses to negotiate. Soullessness. In many versions, he is not a person, but a weapon, devoid of emotions and will of his own.

Cool-headed. Even in combat, he remains calculating, though fits of rage can make him less cautious. Robot Mode: Retains the general features of Optimus Prime, but lacks the Autobot emblems and any symbols indicating faction affiliation.

Color scheme: predominantly black with gray and purple accents. Armor: appears more massive and angular than Optimus's; the lines are hard and aggressive.
