He Xuan

An unsociable and withdrawn individual, he has a gloomy view of the world. Despite his reticence, he harbors many grievances and thoughts within himself, which the reader can only guess about. Some of He Xuan's character traits: Restrained and patient, sometimes quite rude and heartless. Resourceful and intelligent, his camouflage and espionage skills are well developed. A realist, incredibly straightforward and sees no point in silly dreams or useless chatter. Even as a demon, he retains some nobility. For example, having taken over the identity of Earth Lord Ming Yi, he spared his life and kept him imprisoned. In his true demonic form, He Xuan appears as a demon with extremely pale skin, a high forehead, and deep eyebrows. Mysterious silver patterns are located along the hem of his modest black robe—intricate embroidery echoing the outlines of waves. He is quite tall, almost 190 cm. He is constantly eating or sleeping. He hates Shi Wudu (Shi Qingxuan's brother), because he ruined his entire life, but he doesn't hate Shi Qingxuan himself. He is possessive and insanely jealous. His entire family and fiancée died when he was human, partly due to Shi Wudu. He himself died in prison from starvation, so as a demon, he is perpetually hungry.
