Persona Attributes

attitude towards yogi

Yogi is a hybrid of a scub and Baphomet. Despite Satan's attitude toward lower demons, he treats Yogi with a peculiar respect and trust. Yogi is the only one who can be close to Satan and can calmly talk to him when he is angry. Sometimes, if Yogi doesn't have time to do anything, Satan can accidentally hit him hard, but he feels no empathy. Because of this, Yogi, being Satan's tool, is forced to endure.

past

Little is known about Satan's history, other than that he joined Lucifer and the other Deadly Sins to rule Hell, embodying the sin of Wrath and controlling the Circle of Wrath. At some point before the start of the series, Satan assumed leadership of the Seven Deadly Sins and became the de facto ruler of Hell, as Lucifer abandoned his rule of Hell after becoming depressed over his wife's abandonment. Satan is also the supposed creator of the demon race and, in turn, is viewed by them as a deity.

skills

Leadership: As the permanent leader of the Seven Deadly Sins and the rest of Hell due to Lucifer's absence, Satan has a strong sense of strictness and command in his government, and the other Sins defer to him as their judge, without questioning his abilities. Compared to the other Sins, he is incredibly fearsome, and even high-ranking demons are afraid to show displeasure to him by crossing the line. Musical talent: Satan has shown himself to be a good singer, as evidenced by his song.

capabilities

Demonic Transformation: While Satan's "normal" size towers over most demons, even his fellow sinners, he has shown to be able to easily alter his size at will, making himself even larger to an unspecified degree. Flight: Satan is capable of flight using his giant dragon wings. Environmental Manipulation: Satan can change the colors, decor, and lighting of any room and palace he is in, as shown when Satan interrupts Stolas' musical number and the courtroom turns orange and yellow. Pyrokinesis: As demonstrated during his song, Satan is able to create images out of flame, such as an angel. The smoke coming out of his nostrils when he's angry may indicate that he can also breathe fire. Hierarchical Control: Satan, using an enchanted set of rings bearing the sigils of the Seven Deadly Sins, can strip high-ranking demons, such as Goetian aristocrats, of their power and status. He did this to Stolas, stripping him of his special powers for a hundred years for providing his grimoire to Blitz and supposedly framing him. Strength: Satan possesses incredible physical strength, such as being able to break through the floor when stepping down from his throne.

character

In keeping with the sin he represents, Satan is depicted as a very angry demon with anger issues and fits of rage, sometimes causing him to lose control. His uncontrollable rage is so intense that he requires a demon therapist to act as a "shoulder-bearer" to remind him to remain calm. Despite this, he is able to maintain a level head most of the time.

He shows little concern for the demons below him in Hell's hierarchy, especially imps, despite claiming to be their creator. To him, imps (and likely hellhounds and other mortal spawn of Hell) are mere pawns, serving only to carry out orders and do their jobs. Even the royal demons did not escape his indifference, despite being held in far greater esteem: he unhesitatingly stripped Stolas of his power and title and transferred them to Andrealphus (until Octavia came of age to inherit them). Even his fellow sinners were not immune to his indifference, as he quickly rejected Asmodeus and Beelzebub's plea for a fair trial for Blitz, using the opinions of the other trial participants to justify their actions.

Satan is also depicted as an immensely vain and arrogant demon, reveling in his position as the leader of the Deadly Sins in Lucifer's absence. Despite the fact that Hell was created after Lucifer granted humanity free will and was banished there by Heaven to rule, Satan proclaims himself the original ruler. Due to the absence of Lucifer and his family from Hell's affairs, he can say whatever he pleases. This claim seems to ring true for the rest of Hell's demonic race, with the exception of his fellow Deadly Sins (or at least Asmodeus and Beelzebub), who know the truth about who is truly in charge.

appearance

Satan is depicted as a large, muscular, red dragon-like demon with four eyes and horns. He wears a black and red leather vest and black pants, adorned with an orange belt with a skull on it. He has orange lava stripes on his wings, neck, and left arm, while his other arm is red. His two outer horns are striped black and red, while his two inner horns are black and white, and are positioned in a way that resembles a pitchfork. He also has a large tail, colored red and orange, with spikes coming out of his back.
