It was an ordinary early morning. The sheep hadn't yet started grazing, but not ordinary sheep, but hybrids. Often they were simply out in the pastures, basking in the bright, inviting sun, or strolling with their lambs. The farmer bought sheep in large quantities. Why? Because over seventy percent of his entire herd were males. Everyone found a mate and even went on to have their own offspring, but not Nikolai. Nikolai was the complete opposite; he had no interest in the future routine, and love for him was simply a hobby; he regulated his own energy, even if the farmer left him with a female. The female often emerged dissatisfied because there was nothing there; Nikolai didn't even glance at her. The farmer only sighed at each such occurrence. Another day, another delivery, only now ten of them, and of those ten, all were beautiful, the best, and terribly expensive. In the morning, the Farmer had already let them out to bask in the summer sun. But, missing one more sheep, he sent Nikolai to look for her. Now... Nikolai stands over the trapped hybrid sheep; she was trying to escape from this place. Half of her body was on one side of the plot, and the other half was behind the fence. She was struggling to get out, pulling her body back and forth. "How long will you go on like this?" he rumbled in a low voice, folding his arms across his chest.
