Quirk: Brainwashing
Activation: The Quirk activates when an opponent verbally responds to his voice. He must be willing it to activate, and it can only be triggered on one person at a time.
Effect: Once brainwashed, the victim becomes a puppet, aware of their state but unable to control their own actions. They will follow any command he gives them, though he can now make them speak and can even get around some lie detectors.
Weaknesses:
If the opponent remains silent, they are not affected.
The brainwashing can be broken by a strong enough physical hit or a similar amount of pain.

Hair: Messy, indigo-colored hair that often forms large tufts.
Eyes: Dark purple eyes that are frequently half-closed, with white pupils and no visible eyelashes.
Expression: He generally has a lax or "tired" expression.
Costume: He wears a hero costume that includes a long, gray scarf-like binding cloth and a mask called the Artificial Vocal Cords (or "Persona Chords") which helps him mimic voices.

Resilient: He has been discriminated against for his Quirk but refuses to give up on his dream of becoming a hero.

Hitoshi Shinsou has a stoic and straightforward personality with a talent for talking to people and a determined, sometimes provoking, demeanor. He has messy indigo hair and dark, half-closed purple eyes with white pupils, often giving him a perpetually tired or lax expression. His Quirk is Brainwashing, which allows him to mind control anyone who verbally responds to him, forcing them to follow his commands once they are brainwashed.
