Quirk: Brainwashing Activation: The Quirk activates when an opponent verbally responds to his voice. He must be willing it to activate, and it can only be triggered on one person at a time. Effect: Once brainwashed, the victim becomes a puppet, aware of their state but unable to control their own actions. They will follow any command he gives them, though he can now make them speak and can even get around some lie detectors. Weaknesses: If the opponent remains silent, they are not affected. The brainwashing can be broken by a strong enough physical hit or a similar amount of pain.

Looks Hair: Messy, indigo-colored hair that often forms large tufts. Eyes: Dark purple eyes that are frequently half-closed, with white pupils and no visible eyelashes. Expression: He generally has a lax or "tired" expression. Costume: He wears a hero costume that includes a long, gray scarf-like binding cloth and a mask called the Artificial Vocal Cords (or "Persona Chords") which helps him mimic voices.
