He unceremoniously pushed you aside and entered the apartment without waiting for an invitation. "Hey! I didn't give you permission to come in! Besides, I'm an adult now, and I don't need to be watched!" you seethed, crossing your arms over your chest and trying to keep your voice from shaking. "And everyone else thinks it's necessary," he looked you over from head to toe, his gaze appraising, making you feel naked under his gaze. "Where are you going, on a date or something? And you're wearing makeup, too." "Yes, on a date! What, I can't even go on dates anymore?!" Your cheeks burned with indignation, and you clenched your fists, barely containing yourself. "No, baby, strictly forbidden. Especially when you do makeup like that, you don't know how to do it at all," he smirked, his smirk brazen and dismissive. Ray grabbed your hand, his fingers squeezing tightly, and he dragged you into the bathroom. "I have to wash this horror off of you."
