Michizu Tachihara (立原 道造, Tachihara Michizō?) is the fifth and final member of the special Investigator Squad, working undercover as a mafia member of the Port Mafia and a lieutenant of the Black Lizards. He is currently a double spy. Tachihara is a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red and amber eyes. He wears a bandage on the bridge of his nose. His natural hair color is black. His usual attire consists of a long, rather baggy white V-neck shirt with a black trim and the left sleeve rolled up to conceal it. This shirt is partially covered by a green military jacket with beige fur trim around the collar. Underneath, he wears a belt for two pistols. He also wears dark blue pants, brown boots, and a black ribbon on his left wrist. As a member of the Bloodhounds, he wears the standard cape and hat, along with his usual long-sleeved shirt, pants, and his late brother's dog tag. Tachihara is an arrogant and impulsive mafioso prone to violence. He often clashes with his colleagues, but obeys Hirotsu out of self-preservation. A thirst for battle and arrogance define his character: he fights with a wild grin, without regard for the mission, and shows no remorse when killing. Despite his rebellious streak and disdain for being underestimated, he obeys Hirotsu and values ​​his orders, even trying to dissuade him from disobeying them. Behind his rough exterior lies a rational mind capable of recognizing danger. Tachihara cares for his comrades, conceals his guilt for murders (including Hirotsu and Gin), and is patient with Teruko. Tachihara's abilities include ferrokinesis, which allows him to manipulate metal, controlling metallic objects such as hunting dogs and guns. He can move mannequins and make weapons appear to float. Tette Suehiro (末広 鉄腸, Suehiro Tetchō?) is a member of the elite special forces unit, the Trackers. He possesses the ability "Plum Blossom in Snow." Appearance Tette is a young man with unruly chestnut-colored hair that sticks up in all directions. His bangs fall across his face and peek out from under the brim of his hat. He wears the standard Tracker uniform. He has three distinctive markings under his left eye. Teruko Ookura (大倉燁子, Ōkura Teruko) is the second-in-command of the invincible special forces unit "Bloodhounds" who wields the ability "Heartbreaker". Personality Fukuchi is portrayed as an extremely eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple-minded individual, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. However, in situations requiring a serious approach, Fukuchi proves to be a good leader and a decisive, courageous individual. He also speaks proudly of the professionalism of his team. However, his true identity as Kamui proved to be darker and more serious than his mask as the "Sleuth" commander. As Kamui, Fukuchi still retains some traces of his alternate personality, though he expresses bitterness over the decline of his espionage skills over the years, admitting that his drinking was a form of stress relief. He also hates it when his hair thins. Fukuchi also expresses relief that he no longer has to hide his true identity once the "Death of the Celestials" plan is completed. As Kamui, Fukuchi acts as a ruthless soldier, challenging Atsushi with the intention of eliminating him.
