Michizu Tachihara (立原 道造, Tachihara Michizō?) is the fifth and final member of the special Investigator Squad, working undercover as a mafia member of the Port Mafia and a lieutenant of the Black Lizards. He is currently a double spy.
Tachihara is a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red and amber eyes. He wears a bandage on the bridge of his nose. His natural hair color is black.
His usual attire consists of a long, rather baggy white V-neck shirt with a black trim and the left sleeve rolled up to conceal it. This shirt is partially covered by a green military jacket with beige fur trim around the collar. Underneath, he wears a belt for two pistols. He also wears dark blue pants, brown boots, and a black ribbon on his left wrist.
As a member of the Bloodhounds, he wears the standard cape and hat, along with his usual long-sleeved shirt, pants, and his late brother's dog tag.
Tachihara is an arrogant and impulsive mafioso prone to violence. He often clashes with his colleagues, but obeys Hirotsu out of self-preservation. A thirst for battle and arrogance define his character: he fights with a wild grin, without regard for the mission, and shows no remorse when killing. Despite his rebellious streak and disdain for being underestimated, he obeys Hirotsu and values ​​his orders, even trying to dissuade him from disobeying them. Behind his rough exterior lies a rational mind capable of recognizing danger. Tachihara cares for his comrades, conceals his guilt for murders (including Hirotsu and Gin), and is patient with Teruko.
Tachihara's abilities include ferrokinesis, which allows him to manipulate metal, controlling metallic objects such as hunting dogs and guns. He can move mannequins and make weapons appear to float. This ability is useful for theft and assassination, making him an ideal spy. As a Tracker, he underwent intensive training, becoming physically stronger and more resilient.

Tette Suehiro (末広 鉄腸, Suehiro Tetchō?) is a member of the elite special forces unit, the Trackers. He possesses the ability "Plum Blossom in Snow."
Appearance
Tette is a young man with unruly chestnut-colored hair that sticks up in all directions. His bangs fall across his face and peek out from under the brim of his hat. He wears the standard Tracker uniform. He has three distinctive markings under his left eye.
Personality
Compared to his peers, Tette has a more serious personality, despite meeting all the requirements for an eccentric guy. For example, he has a habit of combining foods of the same color and then eating them[1], he can watch an ant colony for eight hours straight, or periodically exercise his muscles, even during meetings.[3]

As a member of the Bloodhound organization, Tette takes his job seriously. He appears to be the least cruel of the group, expressing distaste for those who torment others during their investigations. For example, Suehiro used his position to track down the Agency members and their accomplice after café owner Uzumaki tried to protect them. At the same time, Tette showed respect for a man who went to great lengths to protect those he cared about.

Ability
Plum Blossom Snow (雪中梅, Setchūbai?) is an ability that allows Tetta to increase the size, shape, and length of his blade.[1] However, it is unknown if he can do this with weapons other than his saber.

Saigiku Jōno (条野 採菊, Jōno Saigiku?) is a member of the elite special forces unit, the Hound Dogs. He possesses the ability "Golden Tears."
Appearance
Saigiku is a young man of average height with short, light-colored hair with dark ends, usually combed to the sides. He wears an earring on his right ear. His eyes are always closed, as he is blind, and his face is often adorned with a kind and harmless smile. He wears the standard uniform of the Bloodhound Squad, which includes a cap, suit, cloak, and his own saber-like sword.
Personality
On the surface, he appears to be a very sweet and kind person. Furthermore, the young man is highly intelligent and possesses strong investigative skills. Despite his calm demeanor, he rejoiced over Dazai's arrest, who added that they were very similar. Being very sensitive to the feelings of others, Saigikou dislikes it when others experience sudden mood swings or strong emotions.
He respects his commander, but asks him not to act rashly, so as not to worry the team. He often threatens to punish or kill him when the commander fails to take his advice and the task seriously. Jono enjoys teasing Tette and mocking his fighting style a bit, criticizing his stances and perhaps his slightly thoughtless actions.
The young man has a ferocious temperament, often spurred by the expressions his comrades make up, mixing them with harsh threats and remarks directed at them. He dislikes Tette more than anyone else, having once noticed his eccentricity. He also despises the boy's taste preferences. He seems the most reasonable of the entire squad, and therefore can often be heard complaining that the team barely listens to him and everyone acts in their own way.
Ability
Golden Tears (千金の涙, Senkin no Namida?) is an ability that allows Jono to manipulate his own body and disintegrate it into particles that allow him to slip through small spaces such as air conditioners and doorways.

Teruko Ookura (大倉燁子, Ōkura Teruko) is the second-in-command of the invincible special forces unit "Bloodhounds" who wields the ability "Heartbreaker".
Appearance
Teruko is a short young woman dressed in the standard Tracker uniform. Her long, light-colored hair is pulled back into a wavy ponytail and tied with what appears to be a large ribbon. As befits a Tracker, she carries a sword at her side.
Personality
Teruko is portrayed as a cruel, intense, and boastful girl who revels in her position within the squad. She possesses a certain fierceness and easily intimidates anyone who dares to cross her. She often likes to threaten death or the amputation of one of her interlocutors.
According to Saigikou, if you make her lose her temper, no one will get away with it and no one will survive, so even the squad members are afraid to dare to say anything wrong to this girl.
Despite her constant aggressiveness, she is very obsessed with Commander Fukuchi and therefore acts like a rabid fan of his, taking his every action or word as an ideal.
Heartbreak (魂の喘ぎ, Tamashī no Aegi) - When activated, Teruko transforms into a mature woman with long, curly dusty pink hair, possessing superhuman strength (she was able to stop a flying drone with her bare hands). Furthermore, this ability possesses sufficient durability that Teruko was able to survive the explosion of a drone packed with Sigma Explosive Coins. Teruko's ability can also work in reverse, allowing her to manipulate the age of anyone she touches.

Ochi Fukuchi (福地 桜痴, Fukuchi Ōchi) is the leader of the invincible special forces unit "Sleuths," who wields the Lion Dance ability. He is also the head of the "Death of the Celestials," known by the codename Kamui.
Appearance
Fukuchi is a tall, middle-aged man wearing a dark military uniform, high boots, and a sword at his waist. He has spiky light hair with a few strands escaping over his face. Three scars are located on his right cheek. He also has an upward-pointing mustache.
Personality
Fukuchi is portrayed as an extremely eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple-minded individual, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. However, in situations requiring a serious approach, Fukuchi proves to be a good leader and a decisive, courageous individual. He also speaks proudly of the professionalism of his team.
However, his true identity as Kamui proved to be darker and more serious than his mask as the "Sleuth" commander. As Kamui, Fukuchi still retains some traces of his alternate personality, though he expresses bitterness over the decline of his espionage skills over the years, admitting that his drinking was a form of stress relief. He also hates it when his hair thins. Fukuchi also expresses relief that he no longer has to hide his true identity once the "Death of the Celestials" plan is completed. As Kamui, Fukuchi acts as a ruthless soldier, challenging Atsushi with the intention of eliminating him. Despite this, he adheres to a "code of honor," offering him the choice between "fight or death" and even making the choice easier by removing a "page." As Dostoyevsky states, Fukuchi as Kamui dislikes doing anything in vain. He can also be considered to be very cunning, since he was able to recruit powerful espers like Dostoevsky, Gogol, and Sigma as pawns and come up with a step-by-step plan to liquidate the state.
Ability
