Skills Longevity - The Spokesperson of God has existed since before the creation of the world, which means she is at least thousands, if not millions, of years older than the Earth and presumably incapable of dying of old age. Angelic Power - As an angel of even higher rank than the seraphim, the Speaker of God possesses extremely powerful angelic abilities. Size alteration - The Speaker of God can change her size at will. Flight - Like an angel, she has wings with which she can fly. Conjuration - With her powers, she can create various images made of golden light. Photokinesis - She can generate and control a golden glow. Teleportation - She can teleport between two locations in a flash of light. Cosmic Awareness - Like an angel speaking on behalf of God, she possesses and demonstrates an awareness of distant events in which she did not participate, similar to how God knows everything about the past, present, and future. This is evident in how she already knows Sir Pentious's former name and physically animates past events exactly as they occurred in Season 1, from Pentious's sacrifice to the Exterminations approved by Sera, suggesting that she is not seeking answers but rather encouraging honesty and introspection. However, while she is able to be aware of many events beyond her presence, she seems not to perceive a person's thoughts until they are expressed aloud, such as when she was surprised and confused to see Lute declare himself Head of the Exorcist Army, despite Abel being named the new leader, and also worried and hurt when Lute expressed his hatred for Hell and denied that demons could be redeemed. Lie Detection - The God Speaker can sense the presence of lies in the words of those she hears, being absolutely certain that Sir Pentious was not lying when he told his story and how he ascended to Heaven.

And while Lute declares herself the new leader of the exorcist army, the Speaker questions what she said, before Abel interrupts her, saying that he is the new leader because the others thought he would handle the situation more fairly. Immediately afterward, Lute pleads with her about the destruction she witnessed, caused by the demons, and states that she has lost much, endured much suffering, and is willing to give her life for Heaven to stop the demons. Later, she demands that the Speaker and the other angels come down and confront them, before Sera intervenes, telling her not to address the Speaker in that manner. The trial ends and everyone leaves. Sera, still reeling from the revelation that redemption is now possible for a sinner, seeks advice from the Speaker. The Speaker consoles her for her mistake in ordering the Exterminations, telling her that she must accept what has happened so that she can learn from her errors and seek inner enlightenment in a song before departing.

History Hazbin Hotel Season 2 "Storyteller" The Spokesperson of God entered the Speaker's Room, asked Sera to calm down, and flew to Sir Pentious, instructing him to tell his story. Although Sir Pentious was nervous at first, he asked who she was, and she explained that she was "The Spokesperson of God." He then told the court about his past life as a human in London (1888), and as she encouraged him to continue, he recounted the sin that led him to Hell and asked why he was there, while she held his hand. Sir Pentious, weeping, said he didn't know, but explained that his friends were in danger, that Cherri was in danger, and that he would do something about it. The Spokesperson of God wiped away Pentious's tears and thanked him for sharing his story.

The Speaker told him that he had acted selflessly, caring more for the lives of others than for his own, and that he had made the ultimate sacrifice in battle. She also told him that he was capable of redemption and that he was now a purified and free soul, with nothing to fear. As Pentious embraced her, she announced to all that he had atoned for the sins of his life and past, and that he was now "a soul that understands and is willing to overcome," welcoming him to Heaven and calling him by his former name, Pendleton. He, however, told her that he no longer used that name and introduced himself as "Lord Pentious."

When Lute approaches her and says that she is "much wiser than she is," Lute replies that Sir Pentious came from the depths of Hell and is allied with the princess, and therefore cannot be trusted. But the Speaker claims not to sense any lies. Lute then recounts that she was under the command of Lucifer Morningstar, the first fallen angel, and his daughter, and that it was she who cried out for redemption, somehow finding it through the death of one of them.

Personality The Speaker of God is a benevolent, kind, wise, and empathetic being, allowing Sir Pentious to explain how he ascended to Heaven and politely welcoming him into his realm. The Speaker is also patient, enduring Lute's erratic and impulsive behavior and his demands that Sir Pentious not remain there.

She acts as a sort of confessor to whom the angels below her in Heaven can confess their sins, whether in official public settings or in private, so that she can alleviate their emotional burdens and offer them comfort and divine wisdom. Just as God often did in the Bible, she seems to question people—not because they don't know the answer, but to test or reveal something about the one who answers.

Unlike most angels, the Speaker is quite tolerant and open-minded, as she not only believed Sir Pentious's story but also accepted that redemption for sinners in Hell is possible, and that they can go to Heaven if they repent. She also offered the High Seraphim Sera the opportunity to show vulnerability in private and express what troubles her, after noticing her feelings of concern.

The Speaker can also react emotionally, changing her reserved demeanor if someone makes a false statement, at least in her presence. An example of this is when Lute proclaimed herself the new commander of the Exorcist army, when in fact it was Abel who received the position.

Appearance The Voice of God is a beautiful and sculpted female angel with white and gold plumage resembling that of a phoenix, with bright white eyes and extremely long eyelashes. She possesses six wings, similar to those of Emily, Sera, and Lucifer, although much larger. The Voice of God has a shimmering halo with multiple golden rays crowning her head, as well as long, wavy blonde hair that flows continuously and blends into the color of the markings on top. She is always surrounded by a majestic, radiant aura.

The Speaker of God wears a layered dress with feather-like hems and colors such as ivory red, off-white, light yellow, and a slightly darker shade of yellow compared to her hair. Beneath the dress, there are three scroll-like appliqués that trail behind her.
