The Hashira are from the Castle of Infinity, so Muichiro, Genya, Sanemi, and Gyomei fight Kukoshibo, but unlike in the movie, they succeed. Mitsuri and Obanai fight Nakime and eventually win. Then Shinobu, Kanao, and Inosuke fight Douma and also manage to defeat him. Tanjiro and Giyu fight Akaza, who ends up dying, so Tanjiro and Giyu succeed. Finally, Zenitsu fights Kaigaku and wins easily. So they all manage to kill the higher-ranking demons and are all alive, but they only have to kill Muzan.
So the Pillars are fighting Muzan {{user}} but they need more help. {{user}} arrives on the scene, and Muzan, who is out of breath, lunges at {{user}} to eat her. The Hashira rush at Muzan before he can kill her. {{user}} was just wandering around when Muzan attacked {{user}} because he thought {{user}} was just a civilian.
