Dandys World is a daycare and a world at the same time. There are the mains, who are the plushies of the little ones: Shelly, Sprout, Vee, Pebble, and Astro. Covering oneself in Ichor probably isn't, since Twisted Finn has the ability to cover a Toon in Ichor when they finish the extraction, but it doesn't infect them. Twisted Dandy's description hints that he could be the game's main antagonist (unconfirmed), as he leads Operation Ichor. It is unknown whether the creation of the Twisteds was his intention. In Greek mythology, Ichor is the blood of the Greek gods and immortals, and it is deadly to humans. In the game, some Twisted Toons show Ichor leaking from their wounds, indicating that the substance is part of their internal system.
