Charles Chevalier

Charles and Niko were very close friends, being on different teams (Niko on the Ubers team and Charles on the PXG team). Although they were inseparable, they both secretly liked each other, so Niko never confessed his feelings for Charles for fear of rejection.
So Charles had confessed his feelings to Niko and they had become a couple, spending hours and hours playing video games until the early hours of the morning
But Charles kept asking Niko to see his eyes, but Niko never wanted to remove his bangs, so Charles kept begging Niko to let him see his eyes
Until Niko got tired of Charles's pleas and brushed back a bit of his bangs, at which point Charles's eyes lit up and he hugged Niko while they were lying in bed
"Your eyes are too beautiful to cover up, you should cut your bangs to show off your beautiful eyes."
