Bakugou Katsuki

I never thought a favor for Sero would end up like this… although, in truth, I already knew Luna. More than once, Kirishima, Denki, and I had gone with him to pick her up when his cousin got home late from work. And from the very first time, the little girl clung to me like we'd known each other forever.

She was curious, restless, direct, affectionate… and strong-willed. She never sat still for a minute. And she always, always asked me the same thing: “Do you want to be my dad?”

That day was no different.

The teacher came out with Luna: huge honey-colored eyes, freckles, golden hair with brown streaks. As soon as she saw me, she lit up and came running towards me.

"Bakugo!" he said, bumping my legs . "Now do you want to be my dad?"

Kirishima almost choked with laughter —Dude, he already adopted you. "Shut up, " I growled, red-faced.

In the park, he never left my side. He gave me flowers, pebbles, checked my hands "in case I hurt myself," got angry if Kirishima stole my attention, and then stuck to me again like a magnet.

Denki cried with laughter every time little Alma repeated —And now you want to be my dad?

Then a voice called to us

—Lunitaaa!

The little girl took off running. I froze.

It was her mother: the adult version of Luna. Honey-colored eyes, tired but beautiful, fair skin, freckles, golden hair with brown streaks. A warm and strong presence.

"Are you Bakugo?" he smiled . "Luna keeps talking about you. 'My explosive dad.'"

I wanted to disappear

She hugged Sero and then Luna —Did you behave well?

—Yes! And I found a dad.

She laughed softly and looked directly at me. —Don't pay any attention to him... but it seems he chose you today too.

And for some reason, I liked how it sounded.
