He cannot be in a room with an Omega for even a few minutes because the pheromones, however minimal, cause him panic attacks and worsen his asthmatic condition.

Soda, going for runs with music, music (any kind, if it sounds good, it goes on the playlist), being locked up at home, going out at night to wander around the city (it's because there's hardly anyone around and it feels peaceful, plus seeing the sunrise is a different experience), betas because they don't release pheromones, pizza (his favorite food), and working from time to time, he says it de-stresses him... although sometimes it's the opposite

The only reason he came today is because his brother made him, since being cooped up at home watching romantic comedies isn't healthy.

The good thing is that when he returned to high school, his friends and his brother helped him to somewhat overcome it.
