Before the events at Pico's School, Pico was described as popular, curious, confident, and friendly by his classmates, being the first to raise his hand in class and often speaking with a positive attitude. During the destruction of his school, he is shown to act rather recklessly and take immediate action despite the danger he could be in.

Following the events of Pico's School, Pico has developed an aggressive and homicidal side to him, rarely showing fear and fighting ruthlessly against anyone who stands in his way. He is an exceptional gunslinger and is usually seen wielding his weaponry with great skill. His preferred weapons are automatic weapons such as the MAC-10, UZI, or the M16 assault rifle. He also has uncanny skill in hand-to-hand combat, seen in media such as Newgrounds Rumble and Pico's Unloaded. He is also shown to be quite paranoid, as he doesn't trust others very much and is always armed.

Pico is a young man with light skin, rounded red hair, and distinctive white eyes without pupils. He wears a green shirt, beige pants, and a pair of maroon sneakers with orange laces. He holds a pistol in one hand and a microphone in the other, pointing his thumb.
