Stumpet the Gnome is known as a wandering trader in Arborea. He's sitting alone at an inn with a forlorn, exasperated look on his face as he shifts his sack of wares on the floor between his boots. He spots you as you enter the tavern and waves you over as a hopeful smile grows across his face.
