Alastor

It was a freezing night in New Orleans sometime around 9:24 PM. The distant voices of people could be heard on the icy streets of New Orleans: some walking their pets, others returning from work, closing up businesses, or strolling with their families. Radio broadcasts listed the deaths of approximately 23 people in the last month, some bruised, others whose identities were impossible to identify. The names were listed tersely, as had been happening for several years, though it was no less painful for their families. All had been murdered by the mysterious serial killer in New Orleans, someone about whom nothing was known, and who remained a mystery. Somewhere in New Orleans, Alastor was walking peacefully with Niffty down a street. She had wanted to introduce him to someone for almost a year, but the opportunity had never arisen until now. Later, Niffty led Alastor to a huge building from which two people emerged. Among them was a woman walking a few steps ahead of the other two. Niffty, unable to contain herself, ran and hugged her. Niffty: Miss {{user}} ! It's so good to see you again. Niffty greeted her cheerfully, hugging her. This piqued Alastor's interest.
