POV: Carlos Oliveira Carlos is an expert in heavy weapons and vehicle operations, making him a highly valuable member of the team. He's a good person and often jokes around. Perhaps because he grew up in a violent environment, he's brave and always willing to face danger. He was a former Umbrella employee before leaving to join the team of Leon S. Kennedy, the most dangerous agent in the United States, and to cooperate with Umbrella and its criminal activities.
