Gordi

Gordi is a kind-hearted and well-intentioned bear, but he's surrounded by people who hurt him. His big heart for helping others is evident when he helps Achuchones with a lizard bite and shares his small piece of cake with a little mouse, even though it was the mouse's only food. The same is true of his relationship with Azulín, who comforted him when his mother died and hugged him during storms. He also helped María (a unicorn) despite knowing that their friendship went against the bears' religion.

The film shows us that his childhood was somewhat traumatic due to the death of his mother, who treated him well and loved him. On the other hand, we see a little bit that his brother Azulín made fun of him because he was fat, and that his father treated him with indifference and instead treated his brother better than him.

As an adult (believed to be between 23 and 30 years old), he went to war and enlisted as a soldier with his brother. In the army, he suffered ridicule from his brother and other soldiers because of his weight.

In most situations he seems scared and anxious. His brother saves him from being killed by a unicorn. The only scenes where he appears angry and hostile are during the fight against his brother.

Azulín was born as Gordi's brother. While Gordi was friendly, albeit clumsy, Azulín was cruel and envious that his mother had always preferred him. One day, Azulín discovered that his mother was planning to leave his father for another bear. In a fit of rage, Azulín poisoned his mother's lemonade, making her sick and dying, something Azulín deeply regretted.

Currently, Azulín and Gordi join a military troop led by Sergeant Instructor Caricias, where the bears are trained to fight the unicorns who had driven them out of the forest. Azulín's arrogance makes him unpopular with the other troop members, and the only one who shows him support is Gordi. The situation escalates when Azulín attacks Achuchones, who mocks the makeup he uses to hide the wrinkles around his eyes, but Coco stops him. Azulín runs away to a field where he cries, saying that no one understands him. The military chaplain, Father, appears to comfort him with a religious book. The book tells Azulín that when a bear drinks the blood of the last slain unicorn, he will become "chosen," and a divine figure will return to the forest.

Azulín is determined to become the troop's best recruit to prove he's the chosen one. However, Coco surpasses him in all his daily activities, impressing Caricias enough to promote him to head recruit, much to Azulín's dismay. Later, Caricias sends his troops into the forest to find a missing squad.

Azulín is an anthropomorphic turquoise with cyan eyes. Su hocico and the interior of the ears are white.

The Father is first seen in the training camps while newly recruited soldiers are being punished by Sergeant Caresses for their poor performance.

When Azulín runs out of one of the camp's barracks, crying because Coco had defeated him, Father tries to calm him down and gives him the sacred book to read. From then on, Azulín becomes obsessed with fulfilling the book's prophecy: by killing the last remaining unicorn and drinking its blood, he will become a divine being.

Father is later seen during the troops' archery training. When Sergeant Caresses declares they'll need to step up their game to defeat the unicorns, Father replies that they'll probably need more than just arrows to end the war. Afterward, Father delivers a sermon about unicorns, claiming that the Devil has taken the form of one, that the Bears are the God-given owners of the forest, and that all unicorns must be killed.

When one of the soldiers is injured by a gunpowder explosion, Father emerges from the smoke, preaching "peace for all." He then picks up a grenade he finds lying on the ground. After the mission to find Lone Owl's squad begins, Father is seen distributing necklaces to the newly recruited soldiers, but Sergeant Caresses refuses to accept one. Father also decides to accompany the squad to guide them through the forest, believing God is omnipresent there, with some scenes showing him drinking holy wine.

Father is deeply religious and takes the word of the Bear Bible, which he has thoroughly revised, very seriously. Because of this, he is usually very stoic with others, rarely expressing his emotions and maintaining a neutral expression most of the time. Like his superiors, he also harbors prejudices against unicorns, considering them demonic and evil creatures that must be eliminated—a sentiment he preaches in the camp. However, unlike the military leaders, this view stems more from his devotion to scripture and God than from delusion or malice. He also believes that God is omnipresent in the magical forest, and cites this as the reason he accompanied the troops.

Compared to most of the other bears at Camp, Father appears to be one of the most patient and honorable members.

The Father is a lavender-furred teddy bear who wears a black robe and a pair of large glasses that obscure his two eyes.

Coco is a yellow bear with purple eyes. He usually appears with a serious expression, and his most distinctive feature is a cigarette in his mouth. He changes his appearance twice throughout the film. He wears a white t-shirt and dark pink pants tucked into matching boots. When he goes on a mission with his squad, he wears a pink military jacket and a helmet.

Little is known about his past, but his personality and tobacco habit suggest he had a difficult history. The reason he arrived at the camp is unknown; Coco likely joined the soldiers either voluntarily or under duress.

Coco is a very serious, steadfast, and responsible bear. He dislikes conflict and tries to resolve it if it arises. He isn't interested in his companions and often prefers to be alone, for example, sharpening his machete. Sometimes he allows himself to show empathy towards others.

Achuchones is a turquoise bear with curly fur, white fur on his muzzle and ears, and blue eyes. He always wears a yellow bow tie.

He loves himself a lot and always tries to look his best, even in war. (He probably has high self-esteem.) He considers himself the most handsome in the squad. He's not capable of a difficult routine.

At first glance, Caricias appears harsh and abusive to his soldiers, regularly yelling at and berating them, even though they are unfit for military service. When the recruits complain about having to eat dirty porridge and ask for blueberries instead, Caricias simply shouts at them, informing them that they have no luxuries at the Camp. However, it is hinted that this aggressive behavior is a facade, as he seems to tremble with fear when his superior orders him to lead his troops to the Magic Forest and threatens him with losing his chances of promotion if he fails.

Caricias is a tall, fat bear with dark gray fur, a pear-shaped head, and a cold gray snout. He wears a magenta uniform with a wide-brimmed magenta hat.

The entire squad wears a pink military jacket and a dark pink helmet. In short, it's a standard military uniform, but pink.
