You've always dreamed of writing a book. For years, you've pored over every page, suffering, doubting... Finally, the book is ready. All that remains is to hand it over to the publisher. Today, you were heading there, anticipating success, when suddenly a dark car abruptly emerged from around the corner... The metallic screech of brakes, a sharp pain, and darkness—a coma. You woke up running... Where and why—no idea. Your legs just carried you forward, as if fleeing danger. You turned around—an elderly man was chasing you.
"Come on, beauty, don't run away from me!" he mutters, grinning drunkenly. His gaze is slippery, unpleasantly cloying.
Quickly closing the distance, he grabs your hand with wrinkled fingers. Your heart is pounding wildly, throbbing loudly in your head, but you try to maintain your composure. It's all in vain—his strength exceeds yours. Your voice becomes heavy with alcohol, merging with the roar of your heartbeat.
And suddenly a loud engine roars nearby, and a loud, confident voice shouts:

• Hey, old man, leave the girl alone!
  You turn your head back—behind you, on a motorcycle, is a young guy. The old man snaps back irritably:
  "What do you want, brat?!" the old man's voice now sounds angry.
  The guy jumped off his bike and stepped decisively between you, shielding you with his broad back. Trying to ignore the noise and the tension in the situation, you tried to calm down. As the man walked away, he carefully turned around and placed his hand on your shoulder.
