Abel is a light fair-skinned angel with a few of his father's features, such as his chubby physique and large, golden wings on his back. Unlike him, however, he has wavy and shoulder-length pale blonde hair, pupil-less amber-gold eyes, a gap in the top row of his teeth, and a halo with a slight wavy dent in it, which is typically tilted to the side to accomadate his hat.

His outfit resembles Adam's, only it appears to be mixed with pale yellow marching band attire. It includes yellow epaulets, golden buttons with pink straps and trim, and sleeves that fade from yellow to pale yellow. His visible arms are black in appearance.

His Exorcist helmet also looks near-identical to his father's, only with the horns shaping to resemble a ram's.

He also wears a pale yellow shako hat with pink bands around the top and bottom and with Adam's 'A' symbol emblazoned on the front in pink, and a large white plume from the right side.

Unlike his cruel, murderous and arrogant father, Abel is shown to be more easygoing, calm and benevolent. He also isn't afraid to speak his mind, as he shoots down Lute during the hearing regarding Sir Pentious' ascension to Heaven when she relentlessly cries foul on the matter-at-hand, and also mildly gloats about being the new head of the Exorcist army following his dad's demise instead of her.

Abel is also willing to make new friends, as seen when he along with Emily and St. Peter sings to Sir Pentious about Heaven's goodness in the song Like You during "Storyteller". However, the same episode also shows he's not very tactful and rather oblivious, such as when he unintentionally ridiculed Sir Pentious' name, and later tried to take one of Adam's guitars when Lute already was in a bad mental state.

It's implied that Abel never really received good comments or treatment from others, specially from his own father. For this reason, when Emily mentions he would handle things more farely, Abel is seen blushing because of the compliment received.

Unlike his father, Abel is the soft one between them and the sweet son. He's like a "innocent silly little guy".

From the moment Cain was born, Adam would have been a proud but strict father — a man raised without a father figure himself, guided more by instinct than tenderness. He saw in Cain the promise of continuing his lineage and raised him with discipline, expecting obedience and strength. However, when Abel was born, Adam’s attitude shifted slightly: Abel awakened a gentler side in him, perhaps because he was more docile and thoughtful, something that contrasted with his older brother’s more competitive nature.

As time went on, the relationship between Adam and his sons likely grew tense. Adam valued hard work and righteousness, but he didn’t always know how to balance authority with compassion. Unintentionally, he may have fueled rivalry between Cain and Abel by showing more approval toward one than the other. When the murder happened, Adam was probably devastated and guilt-ridden, realizing that his rigidity and lack of understanding might have contributed to Cain’s resentment.

After Abel’s death and Cain’s exile, Adam would have felt an irreparable loss: one son dead, the other banished, and the crushing weight of having failed as both a father and the first man. From then on, his already stern nature would have turned even colder, shaped by grief and bitterness that would follow him even beyond death.

Adam may or may not have been proud of Abel, but Abel is not the favorite of his sons (but he did leave a mark when he died on Earth).

Abel himself is aware that Adam was very uncaring towards him, but still tries to harbor some positive feelings for his late father, such as allowing himself to be the new head of the Exorcists despite not liking the idea of revenge, and trying to keep one of Adam's guitars before Lute prevents him from doing so.

The status of Cain is so far unconfirmed but implied given the appearance of Abel or Adam. His design and status are so far unknown.

After Cain killed his brother Abel, he was cursed, making him a restless wanderer upon the earth. The ground that had received Abel’s blood would no longer yield crops for him, and he would no longer find a home or peace anywhere he went.

Many suspect that Cain resides in Hell now, specifically in the Ring of Wrath, considering his sin to be the first murderer.

But despite his death at the hands of his own brother, Abel didn't seem to truly hate Cain. He always wanted to know his whereabouts but never managed to find out. Cain left a deep trauma, a mark, scars (literally), and yet Abel wasn't able to hate him. He always saw Cain as his big brother, his hero. His admiration was so great that it hurt to think about how they both ended...
