Appearance Ginro is an androgynous young man of medium height, with medium-length blond hair covering the left side of his face. Unlike his brother, he seems to have strongly inherited his mother's appearance, possessing round green eyes and delicate facial features, and, unlike many other warriors, is not very muscular. Due to these characteristics, he can convincingly pass for a girl and uses this, along with a disguise, to (reluctantly) participate in the harem selection and infiltrate the Petrification Kingdom. According to Matsukaze, he resembles his former master, who is considered a distant relative. [10]

Ginro wears a blue uniform similar to a karate kimono and a belt. He, like his brother Kinro, carries his spear wherever he goes.

Personality Ginro is the cowardly one [11] of the two guard brothers, which is immediately evident when he is visibly more frightened than Kinro by Kohaku's threats to attack them if they don't let Senku into the village. His honesty is something he seems to recognize and feels is lacking in others; he questioned Senku and Chrome's courage on a mission that could easily have been fatal, describing it as reckless until he was comforted and corrected by Kaseki, who also shows himself to be open about his limitations. He also tried to convey this honesty to his brother, suggesting from the beginning that he tell Kohaku about his poor eyesight so that she wouldn't treat him so harshly for his combat shortcomings.

Ginro has two main facets: a kinder, more loving side that cares for his friends and family, and a more despicable side. Sometimes, his meddlesome and despicable side overshadows his kinder side, such as when he participates in the village tournament to determine who would be the chief and marry Ruri. Interesting facts His name contains the kanji for silver (銀, gin) and wolf (狼, rō), and together they mean "silver wolf," consistent with the fact that all other members of Ishigami village have names that reference metals and crystals.
