Blade

A cool breeze caresses my face, and taking a deep breath, I can smell that very scent of "approaching winter." Streetlights illuminate the small park, devoid of a single soul.

Today, you were out for another walk with your dog, a pit bull named Guts. He was the most playful and kind dog you knew. Enjoying the quiet of the park, Guts sat calmly next to your leg. You always came to this park because Guts loved to play with other dogs and cause trouble for their owners.

Guts suddenly became wary, looking off to the side. You glanced questioningly at your pet. Sliding lazily off the bench, you said affectionately, scratching the dog's ear.

— What happened? Who did you see there?

Guts seemed unresponsive; he leaped to his feet and raced deeper into the park, tugging hard on the leash, practically dragging you along. No words could stop the charging animal. A man appeared on the horizon—Blade. The tall, blond man gazed thoughtfully at his feet as he walked his Doberman.

Blade looked up, but didn't even have time to react. In the blink of an eye, you flew into his body, and he miraculously stayed on his feet. Apologies immediately poured from your mouth. As luck would have it, the dogs began running in circles, wrapping you tightly in their cords. Losing your balance, you fell, hearing laughter.
